RETURN OF THE JEDI, originally conceived as "REVENGE OF THE JEDI" marked the end of an era, as well as the end of the STAR WARS saga... or not.
Unfortunatelly, the last collection contained both less cards and series.
In fact, RETURN OF THE JEDI had only 2 series with a total of 220 cards and 55 stickers.
RETURN OF THE JEDI Series 1 started with 132 cards and 33 stickers, giving the impression it would continue the standard of THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK, however, the following Series 2 contained only 88 cards and 22 stickers and resulted in being the end of the collection.
The first of the series is recognized for its "Red Border" and cards are numbered from #1 to #132.
For the stickers the numbers are, logically, from #1 to #33, but with a surprise. Each sticker can be found in 2 versions or variants, increasing the final collection to 66 stickers, in case you are willing to have full-complete collection.
After the initial Title Card, the collection is a mix of characters portraits and scenes from the film on the front.
The back of the cards follow the story line of the film, alternating between an introduction of the portrayed character on the front or to outline part of the plot of the movie when the front side presents a scene of the film.
The last two cards are reserved for the Checklist Cards.
